These very popular apartments are in Calle Ibiza, very near The Square, so ideally situated for Benidorm's nightlife.
Behind the building (the sea side) there is a large area with good size swimming pool and childrens pool (only guaranteed to be open mid June to mid September), small garden and two tennis courts. There is parking beneath the building (payable locally).
The apartments have one bedroom, living/dining room with sofa bed (which makes into two beds), kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. They sleep up to 4 people. The kitchen has a two ring hob, oven and/or microwave, and kettle. Some also have washing machines. The TV is coin operated. There is no air conditioning, central heating or safe.
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.
