This complex consists of 4 buildings and is situated about 300m. up the hill in the Rincon de Loix area.
The 4 buildings share an attractive large swimming pool with sun terrace (which is only guaranteed to be open between June and September). There is free private parking and tennis courts. There is wheelchair access and big enough lift but as these apartments are up a hill they may not be the best option for wheelchair users.
The apartments have one or two bedrooms, living/dining room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and terrace, and sleep up to 4 or 6 people respectively. The kitchens have either oven or microwave. They also have a washing machine in separate laundry area with sink.
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.
