Property: As an returning guest for the third time ,I anticipated the general outcome, hence on arrival you will be allocated Sol Ocas Hotel ;overlooking the indoor market/ or small bathing pool.Please do make a complaint of above and surely ,you will be re-allocated pool views in the Pelicanos.
Hotels Abroad: Hotel booked was known to me from previous ,and in all due respects no problems with the service provider,without anticipation would surely book again.

Property: We had a room on 14th floor with a sea view,skyscrapers,mountains,and a massive pool-made our holiday.Restaurants .mad house,vegetables soggily cooked.Menu sweets the same every pm.difficult to find table.Dance floor toosmall.Most shows too short@too late 10.15pm
Hotels Abroad: Terry was very helpful.Went out of his way to find out imformation I wanted.I would use his service again.Website easy to use.Friendly efficient service. Thankyou very much, we had a great holiday!
