Property: we were allocated room 7 on the 3rd floor,apartment was clean and tidy,fridge door needs replacing,no english on tv,the major problem was the bedroom, 2 single beds with no room at sides or in the center!my wife has frozen shoulder,and had to climb in and out of bed,this was very painfull.im now looking for a room for 6wk nov/dec hols.sorry this was not good enough!!
Hotels Abroad: we were welcomed warmly,and given a free bottle of wine,they probably new about the bedroom problem ! would need to be assured of more space before booking again.

Property: Curtains torn.Windows dirty.Bedroom small with only room for two beds and a small chest of drawers. On arrival the agent tried to send us to the europa centre as he stated it was a more expensive apartment but is in reality cheaper. The pool was emptied during our stay but did not affect us.

Property: WHEN WE GOT THERE WE WERE TOLD PISCIS WAS FULL AND WE WERE SENT TO EUROPA CENTRE. THESE APARTMENTS ARE A DISGRACE,WE WERE ASKED FOR 150EURO DEPOSIT,I REFUSED TO PAY AND AM GLAD I DID. THERE WAS NOTHING TO BREAK IN THERE THE FURNITURE WAS AWFUL, SPRINGS STICKING OUT OF THE BEDS,SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES ALL ODDMENTS, CROCKERY THE SAME, WOULD NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE, NO ONE AT RECEPTION ALL WEEK AND NO SECURITY, HENCE 2 APARTMENTS IN 1 NIGHT BROKEN INTO ALL PERSONAL POSSESSIONS STOLEN, I WAS ROBBED OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR, MY HANDBAG WAS SNATCHED I LOST EVERYTHING, NO SAFE IN ROOM, HAD WE BEEN IN PISCIS THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED ITS ON A BUSY ROAD AND VERY SECURE THATS WHY I BOOKED IT,
Hotels Abroad: NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE, I SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED ABOUT THE CHANGE BEFORE WE WENT, IBOOKED PISCIS BECAUSE MY MUM HAD STAYED THERE BEFORE AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE LIKE, DONT THINK WE WILL BE USING YOUR SERVICES AGAIN.
