These apartments are just round the corner from the indoor market, in an area with many shops, bars, etc.
The building has an impressive recently refurbished hall and new lifts, and is suitable for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. There is a good size swimming pool with children's pool, but it is only guaranteed to be open from mid June to mid September. The swimming pool and the tennis court are shared with the adjacent building, Acuarium II.
The apartments all have one bedroom with twin beds, open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room with sofa bed and good size (mainly open) balcony. They sleep up to 4 people. The furniture is oldish but perfectly functional. The TV is coin operated. The kitchens have an oven and hob. Some have washing machines but this is not guaranteed.
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.
