These apartments are situated in a quiet elevated position convenient for the old town and about 15-20 mins. walk from the central entertainment area of the new town. From the higher floors you get a great view of the old town and the sea towards La Cala.
There is a swimming pool which is open all year, lobby with bar and lounge, 24 hr. reception, luggage room and garage (9 euros per day). There are two computers in the lobby for the internet and Wi-fi available at 18.50 euros per week. There is access for wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
All the apartments have one bedroom with twin beds and sofa bed in the lounge/dining room, which makes up into two single beds, and balcony. They sleep up to 4 people. The kitchens have a 2 ring hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Some bathrooms have a bath, others (in the refurbished apartments) have a shower. They have free air conditioning and central heating, satellite TV with about 5 English channels (6 euros per day), and safe (2 euros per day).
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.
