Property: The hotel was everything and more i wanted.The staff was very pleasant the accomidation was spotless and cleaned on a daily basis will be going again.and helpful
Hotels Abroad: I was a bit apprehensive at first booking as i always book through a travel agent.I was really impressed with your service and a couple of questions i needed to ask was answered promply and profesionaly and i will be booking again in the very near future thank you for a really pleasant and enjoyable experiance.

Property: We stayed in Ambassador 1, fairly good apart from the swimming pool area, sunbeds are well past their sell by date and a distinct lack of umbrellas. We stayed on a Half Board Basis, food was acceptable, fairly good choice.
Would suggest that the hotel is in neeed of a makeover.

We have been to Benidorm many times, it was the best holiday ever. Right in the centre of everything.
