These apartments are situated about 150m. up the hill in the Rincon de Loix area, in Calle Berlin, which is the road that is the continuation of Avenida Mediterraneo.
They have a nice swimming pool with sun loungers (only guaranteed to be open July and August), and free private parking.
The apartments have one bedroom, living/dining room with sofa bed, separate kitchen, bathroom and good size balcony. They sleep up to 4 people. The kitchens have a hob and kettle. They have coin operated TVs.
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.
