These apartments are in the heart of the old town in a busy pedestrianised street.
Across the street from the apartments is the Hotel Avenida and you can use its facilities, including the small roof top swimming pool and solarium which are open all year, and from where you get a nice view of the surrounding area and the sea. The hotel also has a bar and self service restaurant. Although there are 10 steps from the street to the reception area of the apartments, there is access for wheelchairs and mobility scooters from the side road. Wifi is available at the hotel.
The apartments have one or two bedrooms and large lounge with sofa bed and sleep up to 4 or 6 people. Some apartments face the street, which may be noisy, others face inwards with no view. We can request your preference but they will not guarantee it. They have a small balcony. The bathrooms although big only have a small bath. The kitchens only have a 2-ring hob, and no oven or microwave, but have toaster and kettle. There is free air conditioning, central heating and TV.
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.
