This recently refurbished building is situated in Avenida Europa, about equidistance (15 mins. walk) from The Square, the beach and the old town.
It has a swimming pool, which is open all year, locked parking (5 euros per day paid locally), and 24 hr. reception. It offers good access for wheelchair and mobility scooter users.
The apartments have one or two bedrooms, small living/dining room with sofa bed, and large open balcony. The two bedroom apartments have one bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, and another bedroom with twin beds and en-suite shower room. They have air condtioning, central heating, free satellite TV and safe (10 euros per week paid locally).
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Property: We have stayed here 3 times and although it might not seem too good from the outside once inside you come to realise that it is clean, friendly and and spacious. The apartments themselves are very clean, comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly in the hot weather. Each apartment has a safe to rent (6 euro for 5 nights)so coupled to the deadlocked doors you feel safe too. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.

Property: The same group of friends have been impressed with the property for the past 2 years and will be the first place we look for again for our next visit to Benidorm! Very clean and spacious and excellent value for money.

Property: good property for our family .but just a hob and toaster for cooking on .found cheap and cheerful bar very good .cheap to eat out but drink can be expensive .had one change of towels and sheets during weekly stay .just bare essencials in flat but we coped .the booking and transport were great had no problems at all .good stopping of point was rio park just down the road .no shops near by especially a supermarket you do need one .
Hotels Abroad: service we got was great could not complain at all.
