This popular complex is situated in Avenida Ametlla de Mar, not far from the indoor market. There is also an entrance in Avenida Juan Fuster Zaragoza. There are lots of shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity, and The Square is less than 15 mins.

The complex, which was only completed in 2003, consists of three buildings with 30 floors. In the middle there is a large attractive lagoon style swimming pool with children's pool. The pools are open all year, but there is also a covered pool which is heated in the Winter months. Wifi available in the pools area. They also have two tennis courts and parking (4 euros per day or 25 euros per week). They are suitable for wheelchair users as there is easy access into the building and big lift.
This supplier has just one 3-bedroom apartment on the 30th floor and two 2-bedroom apartments on the 16th and 18th floors. From the 30th floor you have magnificent views of Benidorm, the sea and the mountains. From the other two the views are much more restricted. The three apartments have two bathrooms (the second with shower). The main bedrooms have a double bed and the others twin beds. There is also a sofa bed, thus sleepling up to 6 and 8 people. They are all furnished to a high standard and are very well equipped. The separate kitchens have an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. They have air conditioning, central heating and satellite TV with English channels. Wifi also available at 9 euros per week.
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 200 euros (or 150 pounds) per apartment payable on arrival.
