These smart apartments are in a very good location just 50m. from the front, near the old town, and 15 mins. walk from the central entertainment area.
There is a small swimming pool at first floor level which is open all year, and locked parking. The apartment on the first floor is particularly suitable for wheelchair and mobility scooter users.
Our supplier only has two apartments here. One on the 12th floor with two bedrooms with twin beds and two bathrooms, and one on the first floor with one room with double bed and the other with twin beds which only has one bathroom. The one on the 12th floor has an enclosed balcony, the one on the first floor an open balcony. They both have a double sofa bed in the lounge and sleep up to 6 people. They are both very well furnished and equipped to a high standard. They have air conditioning, central heating, and satellite TV with English channels. The separate kitchens have oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Wifi also available at 9 euros per week.
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 200 euros (or 150 pounds) per apartment payable on arrival.
