These apartments are situated in the pedestrian area of the old town, just 50m. from the beach. Here you can enjoy the old centre of Benidorm with everything close at hand - shops, bars, restaurants and all other services.
There is no swimming pool but you are entitled to use the pool of the 4 star Benidorm Plaza Hotel 100m. away.
The studios have two beds, bathroom and kitchenette. They are for two people. Some face the street and have a small balcony. Others face an inner courtyard. They have air conditioning June to September. The safe costs 1.5 Euros per day.
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Property: It was clean and quiet, Once you shut the glass doors to the terrace the revely from the holiday makers was eliminated. The reception staff were very eager to please.
Hotels Abroad: This is my fourth visit in the last three years, and I should have rented an apartment, as opposed th a hotel, before. I will definitely be coming back often, and estudios apartments will be on top of my list.

Property: Great location for a budget price. Right in the middle of the Old Town but close to all three beaches and ideal if you want to walk around because everything you want is close to hand. Beach a couple of minutes, English Bars 5 mins and the famous view and steps just minutes away too.
The accomodation was good value and adequate for a couple. Air Con / Heating all worked, nice balcony, plenty of hot water and reasonably comfortable beds. Linen and towels fresh and clean, even had loo paper. This is not a quiet spot so you will not get an early night without the noise.
Hotels Abroad: We got the view and balcony requested. No fuss.
