These apartments have one of the best locations in Benidorm, in a central position on the front line, and with fantastic views of the whole beach and promenade from all the apartments.
Behind the building there is a nice swimming pool with sun loungers (only guaranteed to be open mid June to mid September), and tennis court. There is also free private parking but spaces cannot be guaranteed.
There are one and two bedroom apartments which sleep up to 4 and 6 persons with the sofa bed which makes into two single beds. They have a living/dining room and a large balcony (most of them enclosed) and well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and kettle. There is also a washing machine, in separate laundry room with sink, iron and ironing board, flat screen TV, and safe. They have air conditioning and central heating.
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.
