This unusual development (for Benidorm) of split level terraced houses is situated in a quiet location, yet very near many shops, bars and restaurants, and only about 10 mins. walk from the central entertainment area and The Square.
The complex has three swimming pools (one of which remains open all year), and children's play area. There is limited private parking but better not to rely on it as it will often be full. However, there is a large free public car park behind the complex. It is not suitable for wheelchair users or for mobility scooters. There are three steps to go into the house and 14 steps to go upstairs.
The units consist of a lounge, separate kitchen and toilet downstairs, with small back yard. Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms, one with small balcony, and a bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which makes into two single beds, but please note that the price is based on an occupancy of 4 and there is a supplement of 9 euros per night if there are 5 or 6 people. The kitchen has a hob, oven and kettle. The bedrooms have fans. Air conditioning is available at 6 euros a day. The central heating is included. There is no TV. Safe available at 15 euros per week. They also have a washing machine.
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.
