These apartments are relatively new, they were only built in 2000. They are in a very central position in Calle Gerona, very near The Square.
They have a swimming pool, which is open all year, with free sun loungers, a reception (not 24 hrs.) and locked parking (5 euros per day). They are suitable for wheelchair users.
There are one bedroom apartments which sleep up to 4 people and two bedroom apartments which sleep up to 5 people. The one bedroom apartments have twin beds and a sofa bed in the lounge which makes into two beds. The two bedroom apartments are the same but have an extra single bedroom. The kitchens have an oven, toaster and kettle. There is also a washing machine in separate area. The balconies are all open. The bathrooms have a small bath. The TV, which has a couple of English channels, costs 3.85 euros per day, or 50 euros for the month. Air conditioning is available at 10 euros per day, but central heating in winter is included. The safe costs 2 euros per day.
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 200 euros per apartment payable on arrival.
