This building has 32 floors and is one of the tallest in Benidorm. It is in a very good situation on the front, but, because of the construction of the building, you only get a restricted view of the beach and promenade - east, west or in front.
There is a small swimming pool and sunbathing area behind the building (open June to September only) and free small private car park. There is a ramp into the building and the lift is big enough for wheelchairs.
The apartments have one or two bedrooms, a spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining room and bathroom. With the sofa bed in the lounge which converts into two single beds they sleep up to 4 and 6 people respectively. The one bedroom apartments have an enclosed balcony. The two bedroom apartments do not have a balcony as they have been converted into the second bedroom. The kitchen area is equipped with 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, and washing machine.
