This new building is situated in a quiet location next to the Levante Club Hotel and near the Benidorm Palace.
It has an attractive swimming pool area with outdoor pool which is open all year, indoor pool with jacuzzi, and snack bar with pool tables. There is also a separate lounge with TV. Other facilities include free use of gym and sauna, laundrette with coin operated machines, free locked parking and 24 hour reception.
The apartments have one bedroom, living/dining room with sofa bed, bathroom and kitchenette. They have air conditioning, central heating, free satellite TV with some English channels (extra channels available with supplement), and safe (10 euros per week) The kitchenette has a hob, microwave, toaster and kettle, but no oven. The bedrooms have twin beds.
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.
