APARTMENTS PRIMAVERA PARK, BENIDORM
This aparthotel is in an elevated quiet position facing the Aiguera Park. From here you get great views of the old town, La Cala and the mountains. The heart of the old town and Levante Beach are about 10 mins. walk, and The entertainment area in the new town about 20 mins. There is a nice, but smallish swimming pool (open all year) with sun loungers, a 24 hrs. reception, snack bar, restaurant and private parking (payable locally - limited spaces). There are computers in the lobby for the internet. There is access for wheelchair users but because of its elevated location may not be a good option. The apartments have one bedroom with twin beds and sofa bed in the lounge. They sleep up to 4 people. They have a bathroom, open balcony, living/dining room and kitchenette with just a 2-ring hob and microwave. There is air conditioning, central heating, free TV and safe (payable locally). Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Property: Ideally situated from the point of view of aspect (lovely west facing balcony),proximity to the old town, nearness of large supermarket and very low if any noise. Although it is now a little dated and tired it offers more than adequate accommodation and facilities.

Property: Very good location for the old town area. can be a bit noisy with groups of drunks, but then that can happen anywhere in benidorm. The apartments were clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The towels were changed twice a week and the bedding once.
Hotels Abroad: Could do with realtime booking rather than telephone calls to spain and back by your staff. As we left it to the last minute there was only one room left so it caused a little pressure waiting for the confirmation as it took some hours to arrange.
