These modern apartments are in a good central position, 5 minutes walk from the old town, less than 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the entertainment area.
Please note that they are not let to young single sex groups, only families and couples.
There is a swimming pool, open all year, and a sun terrace with loungers and parasols. Limited parking available at 5 euros per day payable locally. There is a ramp into the building so they are suitable for wheelchair users. Reception (not 24 hrs.).
The apartments have 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe, and a light and airy lounge/diner with 2 single sofa beds, and sleep up to 4 people. There is free satellite TV with some English channels (Sky News, True Movies, Eurosport). Hatch to kitchen. The kitchen has an electric hob (no oven), microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. There is a separate area with washing machine and sink. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. There are 2 balconies, one with table and chairs and the other, smaller balcony, has a clothes airer. The lounge and bedroom have free air conditioning and heating. Free WiFi (reception can vary). Safe deposit boxes can be hired for 2 euros per day.
Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival. The deposit can only be paid by credit/debit card.
